We would like to thank everyone for the great time we had on the April 2009 Arbucklerun!
We are planning on another event July 10th through the 12th.
This will be an all inclusive event providing the following:
- Entry into the event itself
- One night stay at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel (across the street from Hotel Zaza)
- Dinner at Dragonfly, Hotel Zaza Dallas- Entry to the V.I.P. party at Urban Oasis, Hotel Zaza
- Brunch at Dragonfly, Hotel Zaza
- Dinner at Opus Prime Steakhouse, Oklahoma City
- Professional driving instruction at Eagle Canyon Raceway
- Custom hardbound book and DVD of the event

7:30am Depart from Oklahoma City
12:15pm Arrive at Eagle Canyon Raceway, Decatur, TX
12:30pm Driver's meeting and briefing
1:00pm On track for lead follow/parade laps. (on-track photos will be taken while this is happening)
1:30pm High speed rides during track sessions, with TDE Instructors & Advanced Red Group Driver’s.
2:15pm Certified race car training, Eagle Canyon Raceway
4:00pm Leave Eagle Canyon Raceway4:30pm Arrive at Hotel Zaza, Dallas, TX
5:00pm Party at Urban Oasis, Hotel Zaza
7:00pm Dinner at Dragonfly, Hotel Zaza
